This is a petition for a writ of certiorari to review and quash an order, entered by the superior court in a proceeding for a divorce from bed and board, requiring the petitioner herein, who is the respondent in that proceeding, to pay a stated amount of money each week as allowance for the support of his wife. The writ was issued and the record of the superior court has been duly certified to this court for our examination.
