Fortner, against two tavern operators and their landlords, claiming that the tavern operators, or one or both of them, by themselves, their agents or servants, did sell or give alcoholic liquor to one Paul Hill, which said alcoholic liquor caused the said Paul Hill to become intoxicated and that while so intoxicated, the said Paul Hill shot...
