This case is before this court on certiorari to the circuit court which affirmed an order of the Florida Real Estate Commission suspending the registration of William J. Potter as a real estate broker.

The commission charged the broker with violation of Section 475.25(1) (a), Fla. Stat., F.S.A., alleging as follows:

"1. One W.P. Nordin owned some real property with a house thereon located at 6270 S.W. 123rd Terrace, Miami...
