This appeal has developed by reason of an order approving the final report of Leslie D. Sterling, administrator of the estate of Margaret Sterling, deceased, over the objections of Everett A. Sterling, a brother, and also the entry of a decree quieting title in Leslie D. Sterling to the land here involved. The two actions were consolidated for trial by agreement and were tried in equity. By reason of the order and decree entered the parties adversely...
