Plaintiffs bring this action to quiet title to a strip of real property which lies in an area delineated on a Map of Middletown made by J.E. Jackson, described as California Avenue. Defendants are the city of San Diego (hereinafter called City) and Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company (hereinafter referred to as Santa Fe). From a judgment entered in favor of defendants, plaintiffs appeal.
