Henry A. Anderson, a passenger in an automobile operated by Edgar Roy Moss, was injured when the car in which he was riding collided with a vehicle driven by David Ransom Moore. Anderson instituted action against Moore, who died before trial, and the action was revived against Francis M. Hoge, Administrator of the Estate of David Ransom Moore.
