Claimant sustained accidental injuries in the course of his employment on January 25, 1954, when he fell from a scaffold 25 feet to the pavement below. The original agreement, under which he received compensation for total disability beginning February 1, 1954, recited the following injuries: Fractures of the left arm, left leg, nose, frontal and maxillary bones and contusions of the skull.
