HAYS, Justice.

From a conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, defendant has appealed. The appeal is primarily concerned with identification of defendant as having been convicted of a similar offense.

The indictment alleges a conviction of defendant in the Des Moines Municipal Court on January 19, 1953 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle upon the public highway while intoxicated.
