The appellant, as the executor of the estate of Louis Weinman, filed a bill of complaint in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City by which he sought to recover from the appellees the sum of $14,996.15, which had been transferred to the appellee, Margaret Selvaggi, in two separate transactions by the appellant's decedent prior to his decease.
