VALLÉE, J.

In a jury trial defendant was convicted of a violation of section 11500 of the Health and Safety Code. He appeals from the judgment. His sole contention is that the court erred in admitting in evidence the information and minutes of the court with respect to a prior conviction of possession of a narcotic.
