Mr. Chief Justice BLUME delivered the opinion of the court.

Albert E. Bruner, the defendant and appellant herein, was convicted by a jury in the District Court of Albany County, Wyoming, of murder in the second degree for killing his wife, Blanche Douglas Bruner.
