Mr. Chief Justice BLUME delivered the opinion of the court.

Albert E. Bruner, the defendant and appellant herein, was convicted by a jury in the District Court of Albany County, Wyoming, of murder in the second degree for killing his wife, Blanche Douglas Bruner. He was sentenced to confinement in the penitentiary for a period of twenty to twenty-five years. From that conviction and sentence he has appealed...
