Castellano, Referee in Bankruptcy, dated April 30, 1958 in an arrangement proceeding under Chapter XI of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 701 et seq. The debtor instituted the proceeding by filing his voluntary petition on November 30, 1957.
