This is an appeal and cross-appeal from a final decree in equity awarding to the appellant, Ineyll Coleman, plaintiff below, an undivided one-sixth interest as dower in certain improved real property that is incapable of division in kind, adjudging the remaining five-sixths interest to be vested in the appellee, Flora Davis, defendant below, and providing for a partition by sale.
