Appellant was convicted of eight felonious violations of section 115 of the Penal Code in knowingly procuring and offering to be filed with the Department of Motor Vehicles certain false documents described as "Dealer's Reports of Sale" and "Certificates of Non-Operation." He appeals from the order denying his motion for a new trial and from the judgment and sentence.
