In an information filed by the district attorney of Los Angeles County, the above named defendants were charged with the crime of robbery in that they forcibly took from one Louis Bosola $75 on or about April 22, 1957. It was further alleged that at the time of the commission of the offense, the defendants were armed with a deadly weapon, to wit, a .22 caliber automatic pistol.
