These cases are before the Court on motion of Agnes Bright, defendant in each, for a new trial. The cases grow out of an automobile accident which occurred in Pennsylvania. The defendant, while operating her car in that state, permitted it to run off the highway. As a consequence thereof, her 71-year-old mother, Mrs. Easter K.
