The plaintiffs appealed to the Court of Common Pleas from the action of the defendant board in denying the named plaintiff's application for a variance of the zoning regulations of the city of Norwalk. This appeal is taken by the board from the judgment of the court sustaining the appeal and reversing the action of the board.
