Appellant was tried in the City Court of the City of East Chicago, Indiana, on a charge of violating a city ordinance. He was found guilty, ordered to pay a fine of $25.00 and sentenced to serve thirty days in the county jail. Jail sentence was suspended on the condition that the violation cease and that there be no further violations. He thereupon attempted to appeal to the Lake Circuit Court, and the latter court, on motion of appellee, dismissed the...
