Emma E. Young departed this life testate on June 4, 1926. She left an estate, after payment of taxes, of $2,300,000. This is the fourth appeal as to construction of various items in the will. The first case was In re Young's Will (Pool v. Board of Park Commissioners), 243 Iowa 211, 49 N.W.2d 769. It pertained to payment of the income on $600,000 placed in trust under item two of her will.
