Leslie L. Gaffney, hereinafter called the claimant, on December 17, 1948, suffered an industrial accident compensable under the Montana Workmen's Compensation Law. See Gaffney v. Industrial Accident Board, 129 Mont. 394, 287 P.2d 256.
