Defendants appeal from a judgment entered on a verdict in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $35,000 for damages from injuries suffered by him as a result of alleged negligence on the part of defendants.

The complaint alleges that defendant Albert Wardell, a corporation, was engaged in the construction of the new telephone building at the southeast corner of Placer and Park Streets in the City of Helena and maintained a hoist, scaffolding...
