Pursuant to Section 3-329, Code 1950, duly authorized agents of the Department of Agriculture and Immigration, Commonwealth of Virginia seized 341 cases of No. 2 canned tomatoes on August 15, 1956 and 400 cases on August 22, 1956, as being adulterated and misbranded as contemplated by Code Sections 3-315 and 3-316.
