This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court for Morrill County dismissing a claim allowed by the county court on the ground that the district court did not have jurisdiction over the subject matter of the action. On December 29, 1955, the claimant, Faye Lutcavish, filed a claim in the county court of Morrill County against the estate of Maude C. Crane who died July 25, 1955, intestate. Paul H.
