Action to set aside deed to land in St. Francois County on grounds of mental incapacity and undue influence. The Court found the deed valid and entered judgment for defendant and plaintiffs have appealed.

The deed sought to be set aside was made by Josie Brewer Winer to defendant, her second husband, on October 10, 1955. Mrs. Winer died on January 13, 1956, at the age of 68; defendant was 77 at the time of the trial. Plaintiffs are Mrs. Winer...
