Kickham, instituted this action for personal injuries against defendants, Kenneth Carter, Royal Papers, Inc., (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Royal Papers"), and Royal Crown Bottling Corporation of St. Louis (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Royal Crown"). The case arose out of a collision between the motor vehicles driven by plaintiff and defendant Carter at the intersection of Ninth and Destrehan Streets...
