This suit was brought by plaintiff appellants, owners of a tract of land, to enjoin appellee defendants from appropriating a part of a private cemetery located thereon. The Chancellor denied plaintiffs relief, and adjudged that defendants should have "custody and control" of a section of the cemetery, recently marked off by them, for their exclusive family use.
