NIX, Judge.

The plaintiff in error, Arlilian Watson, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was charged by information in the County Court of Pontotoc County with the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor. She was tried before a jury, found guilty and her punishment was assessed at 90 days in the county jail and to pay a fine of $100, and from said judgment and sentence the defendant appeals.
