The Chancellor below dismissed the bill of Petitioner, Tom Hill, seeking to have set aside as fraudulent a divorce decree awarded to defendant, Luella Barron Hill, on January 10, 1955, in the Circuit Court of Shelby County, Tennessee.

Tom Hill has filed the record below in this Court and asks a review of the action of His Honor the Chancellor upon a writ of error.
