This is an automobile collision case. The claims of three occupants of what we shall designate as the "plaintiff's car" were consolidated for trial, and each was awarded a substantial recovery for personal injuries against defendant Ross, the appellant. The only issue we deem it necessary to consider on this appeal is whether or not the trial court properly instructed the jury that the defendant was negligent as a matter of law because of the violation...
