This action was brought in behalf of Earl Brassett and Sam Harris to recover damages to their crop of sweet potatoes allegedly caused by cattle owned by defendant, Ferrier Roy. Following a trial on the merits of the case, the judge a quo rendered judgment in favor of plaintiffs for $15, and plaintiffs being aggrieved at the quantum allowed by the court, have appealed.
