This suit was brought by appellees, Mort Hardwicke and wife, against appellants, Herman Schwartz and wife, primarily to establish a deed as a lost instrument. In addition, appellees sought an accounting of certain monies allegedly withheld by appellants from a stone cutting business corporation owned by the parties in equal shares, and for an injunction to restrain Mr. Schwartz and his brother from operating a competitive business on adjacent lands...
