This is an appeal by the contestants from a judgment sustaining the will of Charles E. Turner in which he named his wife, who is respondent here, as the sole beneficiary. The amount in dispute is the difference between the value of the estate and what the respondent would receive as widow if there were no will, which is considerably in excess of $7,500.
