Appellant was charged in separate counts of the information with keeping a bawdy-house on 85 different days. The dates alleged in the several counts of the information were within a period of one year beginning on July 21, 1955, and ending July 21, 1956. Counts 41 and 65 were withdrawn by the Court in his charge and the remaining 83 counts submitted to the jury for their consideration. The verdict returned by the jury found appellant "not guilty...
