The appellant was convicted in Clay County, Arkansas, on the charge of possessing stolen property exceeding in value the sum of $35. The information charged, also, that he had previously been convicted of a felony in Oklahoma and had been convicted of a felony in the District Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Illinois.
