Omohundro, in the district court of Jasper County to recover an undivided one-third interest each in a one-sixteenth overriding royalty interest which the appellant Omohundro acquired from Slick Oil Corporation on certain lands in Jasper County. Appellees and the appellant, in April, 1955, entered into a joint venture by which they agreed to work together...
