This is a case brought under the provisions of § 503 of the Nationality Act of 1940, 8 U.S.C.A. § 903,1 asking that this court declare that the plaintiffs Moy Yee Mon and Moy Dot Mon are citizens of the United States. In their complaint, plaintiffs allege that they are the natural children of Moy Fook Mook, a nativeborn citizen of the United States, and that therefore, under the provisions of § 1993...
