This is an action by appellants for rescission of a contract to convey real estate and to recover the amount previously paid thereon.

The property involved is located on West Central Avenue in Albuquerque. The premises had previously been leased by appellees to Standard Oil Company, and a filling station was being operated thereon by the company at the time the questioned contract was entered into by the parties.
