This is an action of trespass on the case for negligence. Trial was held before a superior court justice sitting with a jury and resulted in a verdict for the defendant. The case is before us on the plaintiff's bill of exceptions to the denial by the trial justice of her motion for a new trial and to certain evidentiary rulings.
