Appellant, Mrs. Wallace, claimed title to a part of the property through deeds from Ollie Mae Feezor, dated February 24, 1945, and guardian's deed from Emma Feezor, guardian of the person and estate of Mary Elizabeth Feezor, dated February 19, 1945.
