The indictment charged appellants, and three other defendants with the crimes above stated, committed upon the person of a 17-year-old girl. The complainant and all of the defendants were present at a block party. According to the testimony, appellant Ferraro led complainant to the automobile of defendant Embree who drove them to a secluded place, appellant De Groat and the remaining defendants following in another car and joining them there.
