We adopt the appellant's statement of the nature of the suit as follows: "Appellees as former employees of appellant sued for overtime compensation at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked by them in excess of forty (40) hours per week in the employment of the appellant under the provisions of the Wage and Hour Law. They further allege that they were employed by the appellant at a wage of 20% of the difference...
