This is a proceeding, pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, for an order granting a review of the determination of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Sloan, Erie County, New York, denying the petitioner's appeal from the decision of the Village Board which denied permission to erect a certain gasoline service station in said village.
