This is a workman's compensation cause.

Appellee suffered injury on February 3, 1955, at which time he had worked nine days and was paid $116 for the period of one week. On cross examination he testified that in 1955 he earned a total of $1,594.15 and in 1954 he earned a total of $1,459.45. There is no evidence that any employee was engaged in employment similar to that in which appellee was engaged at the time of his injury and no evidence...
