This is an appeal by Aaron Walter Burgett, hereinafter called appellant, from order denying his motion in the nature of a writ of error coram nobis filed June 18, 1957. Appellant has filed two previous motions attacking the legality of the sentence imposed on his plea of guilty to the crime of aggravated assault, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2114.
