Pratt Thomas, doing business as Columbus Canning Company, and Columbus Canning Company, a corporation, to recover for property damage to its truck-trailer unit and the cargo, proximately caused, as it was charged, by the negligence of the defendants in the operation of one of their truck-trailer units.
