This case involves the claim of usury. The appellant, Hughes, filed the action against appellee Holden, seeking to recover $4,128.90 because it was claimed that Holden had charged usury. The cause was tried before the Circuit Court without a jury; and the findings were made that the original contract and payments thereunder were free of usury. Accordingly, the judgment was in favor of Holden; and there is this appeal.
