In this diversity case defendant has moved for judgment on the pleadings. Plaintiff Sam Colman is a resident of the City of Erie, Pennsylvania in this district. On November 8, 1956, according to the complaint, he was operating a Buick automobile owned by the other plaintiff, Rose Finglass, on a highway in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
