The defendant, Roy James Metz, was arraigned upon an indictment charging him with the murder of his wife, Elizabeth, to which indictment he pleaded not guilty.1 The trial which followed was entirely free from prejudicial error and the case was submitted to the jury after proper instructions by the trial judge.
