This is a suit for divorce by Olive Genner against Fred Genner on the ground of inhuman treatment. The parties were married in 1922 and lived together until October, 1957. At the time of the trial plaintiff was 54 years of age. Defendant was 56. They have four adult children, none of whom was living with them when plaintiff separated from defendant.
