The appellee, George Baillio, sued Bayou Drilling Company of Texas, Inc. on its promissory note of $35,000, alleging there was a principal balance of $31,000 due thereon. He also sought foreclosure of his chattel mortgage on numerous items of personal property, the chattel mortgage having been executed by the corporation.
